Hand-painted Silk Scarves
The hand-painted scarves are our only scarf which is not Thai silk. These are machine woven Chinese silk scarves which we import, then dye and hand paint in Thailand. We firmly believe that hand-woven scarves are better than machine woven, but when used as a palate for delicate paintings, the even weave of machined silk and the effect machines have on the texture of silk make it better to accept the paint.
